Virtual Assistant

– Answering calls for small businesses and professionals. As the startup company we work with variety of clients, collaborating with them to provide the best possible service.

– Processing, writing and answering support emails and identifying when to escalate instead of answering

– Write great help documents, either from scratch or improving existing articles

– Maintaining calendars, coordinating meeting schedules and assisting with travel arrangements

– Managing and prioritizing tasks while understanding clients’ needs

– Securing smooth operation by regular monitoring of the client case status

– Improving executive efficiency

– Working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) as well as preparing presentations (PowerPoint)

– Conducting research and looking after sourcing and management of contractors for specialized tasks

– Data entry and minimal reporting to the client on the activities and work processes

– Meeting preparation and notetaking

– Proofreading and editing correspondence and other documents as requested

– Helping the executive with other admin tasks since the specific duties of a virtual assistant vary according to the needs of the client; Some will be inquiring clerical and bookkeeping tasks, while others may need more digital marketing skills

– Answering calls for a variety of small businesses and professionals

– Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls

– Understanding caller needs and providing business information

– Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence

MUST HAVE

– Speak native level or fluent English

– Great work ethic

– Prior phone experience

– Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor

– Strong memory and writing skills – Quiet environment for answering calls

– Good internet, typing speed, and equipment (headset & computer)

– Daily availability at least 9 hours/day, 5 days/week between 9am-9pm Eastern Time

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

– Google Chrome browser

– Desktop or laptop computer with headset microphone

– Reliable broadband internet connection, Ethernet connection is a plus

– Strong typing skills at 50 WPM or higher
