Who You Are:

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Client Success Manager who loves helping our clients get the most out of our services. You’ll spend your day interacting with clients, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and successful with our solutions. You are adept at solving problems, empathizing with a wide range of client needs, and continuously finding ways to improve our service. Your Role:

As a Client Success Manager at Veta Virtual, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure their experience is outstanding from the start and throughout their time with us. You will:

  • Nurture client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and continued satisfaction.
  • Reinforce the value of our services, establish trust, and promote a positive experience for each client.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to exceed client expectations.
  • Facilitate client account changes, optimize communication workflows, and update client tools like Calendly, Jotform, and Zapier to improve service delivery.
  • Solve issues quickly and ensure clients are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our processes, manage a backlog of process improvements, and keep client success documentation up to date.
  • You’ll also collaborate with our sales, operations, and tech teams, participate in regular team meetings, create materials for new clients, write support articles, and share your knowledge to help our team grow.

What We’re Looking For:

We value dynamic talent and proven experience. To join us, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.
  • A strong client-centered focus and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in facilitating live sessions via platforms like Zoom.
  • Patience and empathy to handle challenging client situations.
  • The ability to learn and use new technology quickly (e.g., Google Suite, Hubspot, Slack, Calendly, Jotform, Zapier).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools.
  • Experience working with no-code applications like Zapier or Make.
  • Previous experience in consulting or working with executive stakeholders.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software/web development.
  • Programming experience (optional but a plus).
